Suggestion: Legendary item balancing...

A possible suggestion:

I think the possible, next future patch is to balance the legendary items. I think that all of the legendary item effects will be additive instead of multiplicative.

The next patch I see is that it will also change the formula of legendary item per level for increasing effect as addtive instead of multiplicative 2x per level but to maintain and keep the cost multiplicative 2x per level. This can leave room for upcoming T4 talents. These should have diminishing returns of legendary items.

So Level 3 legendary items will be like this:
30/60/75/150/300/600/1200% instead of 40/80/100/200/400/800/1600%.

So Level 4 legendary items will be like this:
40/80/100/200/400/800/1600% instead of 80/160/200/400/800/1600/3200%.

So Level 5 legendary items will be like this:
50/100/125/250/500/1000/2000% instead of 160/320/400/800/1600/3200/6400%.

So Level 6 legendary items will be like this:
60/120/150/300/600/1200/2400% instead of 320/640/800/1600/3200/6400/12800%.

So Level 7 legendary items will be like this:
70/140/175/350/700/1400/2800% instead of 640/1280/1600/3200/6400/12800/25600%.

So Level 8 legendary items will be like this:
80/160/200/400/800/1600/3200% instead of 1280/2560/3200/6400/12800/25600/51200%.

And so on....

Or, to entirely take the fun out of it, all crusaders should not only all have exactly the same gear, but exactly the same abilities as well. Also, make them all cost the same and cap out at the same time - then we won't have to choose between them at all - we could have a randomizer button to choose our formations for us.

Yes, all effects should be multiplicative!
At the moment it is so annoying not to know what "for each ..." in the legendary description really means. Additive or multiplicative?

I hope Erika (Alyniana) would respond to the next patch.

But Teschio, I am not listening and responding to you. Give Erika my response first in my suggestion and balance of Legendary items.

All of the effects should be additive in the next patch so Erika must respond to my suggestion. And effects per level in Legendary must be additive but cost in item per level should remain multiplicative, twice per level.

Alyniana, can you respond to the next patch so give space for next Tier 4 talents to balance Legendary Items, and no ETA just yet? I hope she can respond to my feedback.

these Devs are great mathematicians and know a lot more then you or I. they know how they designed the game and how they want it to be. there is a place for additive as there is a place for multiplicative. too bad, boo hoo, you are not sure what something is ahead of time. that's part of the fun in playing. p.s. I do not and have never tried to figure my numbers based on all my crusaders gear and effects and idols.... i just play. i have fun playing. i do not sweat out 99% when x should be y or whatever it is that really bothers all the rest of you.

Not all effects would be multiplicative. Puting all of them as multiplicative would ruin the game and balance. Let all legendary item effects be additive.

MisterC8, I understand that you knowledge of English is limited, but if you can't express your ideas properly, you shouldn't express them at all.

"But Teschio, I am not listening and responding to you": you are writing in a public forum, so ANYONE can respond to you. This is not a private conversation between you and the devs. And refusing to acknowledge what others say speaks volumes of your open-mindedness.

"so Erika must respond to my suggestion": MUST? No, she doesn't have to. Especially since your idea is awful and would kill the game (again, additive bonuses in a game when the diffuculty is exponential is complete nonsense).

Your wishes are in no way what MUST happen. They are what you think it SHOULD happen. You can't dictate anything.

You have a history of telling the devs what to do (worse, DEMANDING that they follow your wishes), and every time you have been ignored (for good reasons). Something tells me this time won't be any different.

Also, maybe you didn't notice, but NOBODY agrees with you... ask yourself why.

Legendary item levels who have different levels by themselves which multiply values by at least two? The next patch will balance legendary items? Or are the levels displayed in each row the talent levels suggested?

Well, I guess the best thing to happen is that your idea is added to the players' suggestion list. By the way, do you know what an ETA means?

I say that your idea is awful because it is. Every 5 levels HP go up by 6 or 7 times, and that's why you need multiplicative bonuses: additive ones are complete garbage and will not even be worth bothering to READ what legendary items do. Your grasp of the mechanics of this game is clearly quite poor. As is your civility, since you think it's fine to insult me, even opening a dedicated topic for that, but since you clearly haven't hit puberty yet, you can be forgiven for this... Also, it's quite presumptuos to claim you know what Erika thinks.

YOU may be a troll, I'm not: every time I comment, I try to support my claims with reason and logic (sometimes even math), which is precisely the opposite of what trolls do. Apparently, this is another word of which you don't know the meaning.

Something you don't understand (one of the many things, apparently) is that the devs don't take orders from you. Telling them what they MUST do is arrogant, presumptuos and frankly stupid. You are either trolling, or a severely spoiled kid that is used to have people do exactly what he wants.

This topic WILL be closed, but only because you resorted to insults against anyone that disagrees with you (which, if you haven't noticed, it's the entire freaking community!), not because you want it. You do NOT dictate what the devs will or will not do.

Finally, why would I "threaten or attack" Erika? Maybe you haven't noticed, but it's YOU who is being disrespectful to her, treating her like your servant, telling her what to do... you are lucky that she seems like a nice girl, if I were her your account would be banned for eternity just for the way in which you talk about her.

@Andreas, zaqqaz was actively trolling, I believe this guys is not. He has really, REALLY bad ideas (worsened by the abundant use of Google Translate), he is quite clearly a spoiled kid that doesn't tolerate dissent, but I don't think he is writing with the intent to provoke others.

I get that your knowledge of English is quite poor, but you did NOT "criticize" me. You openly insulted me. You even had a topic named "fuck you Teschio", which either you or Erika edited later. Critiques are fine, insults are not. I was the one criticizing you (actually, not even you, just your ideas), while you were the one reacting with insults. Not the same thing, bro.
