(like gold, chest, buff and some other stuffs)
46 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 11th 2017 at 7:30 AM Muljo Stpho More comic-inspired crusaders could easily happen if they bring back April and May's events. http://crusaders-of-the-lost-idols.wikia.com/wiki/Superhero_Spring (which represents major players in both the DC and Marvel universes, already gave us crusaders inspired by Batman and Iron Man) http://crusaders-of-the-lost-idols.wikia.com/wiki/Gardeners_of_the_Galaxy (parodied Guardians of the Galaxy specifically and already gave us crusaders inspired by Rocket and Groot) They haven't skipped a previous event yet and they haven't tried to squeeze in a new event in between returning events yet, so those two events specifically will be the ones for you to look out for. The second idea just has me thinking of Fire Phoenix and Alan. Montana increases the team's DPS when someone ahead of him has fallen, and Karen has her 9 lives power... but aside from that the death related stuff really belongs to Fire Phoenix's seat. I could see them perhaps doing something like adding a necromancer as a swap for that same seat, with the necromancer having a power that generates zombie soldiers (maybe more zombies are created more frequently for each fallen crusader, and maybe when a zombie is summoned it rushes out and explodes on the nearest enemy).

95 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 11th 2017 at 8:09 AM Viktyr Gehrig When people were bitching about Merci's Mix-Up coming right on the heels of Carnage Cup, I joked that we were approaching the event singularity: that by the year 2020, there will be two or more events running concurrently for 52 weeks out of the year. It's not a terrible idea, actually. If two events were running simultaneously, you would be accumulating event currency for both simultaneously, allowing you to alternate objectives. Seems like a better option than rotating events, where a new player might have to wait two or more years for Crusaders they're excited about.

(feels like kicking in an open door, but nobody has mentioned it in this post while it was a question)

The current event being close to the previous one is very likely due to the holiday season with the team and other stuff coming up soon. So, CNE likely needs the time. Currently, only the previous events will either be repeated or replaced with other events, as far as I remember Erika mentioning CNE's strategy. @Hero123: About the tradeoff: This very likely is not going to happen since it could be abused too easily by players. But hang in with the game and the buffs might no be an issue for you in the long run :) About more crusaders resembling comic characters: Suggest a few. Erika has noted ideas of players in the past and who knows what's coming up in the next events ;)
