I believe someone in the FB Group has also said you might have some luck in the Telecore Cave, I don't know if this relates to what your starter is though. Also until the update is released, hopefully tomorrow, yes 20 is the soft cap for guardian levels. Jack please stay on topic with the threads. Asking the same question in multiple threads isn't going to get you a answer any faster, which I answered already for you but will not double post. I prefer to not repeat myself when I can help it. I can see by your player level that you are new but please be patient people will answer when they can.
