In April of 2015 facebook made a change to something called the graph 2.0 API. That is involved in apps/games authenticating users.

That broke djarts tokens for many people. Not all people, most but not all people who started the game after that date. Some but not many who started the game before that date but had never prior used djarts tokens. No real rhyme or reason as to who can and who can't use them. I.E. I have 2 alternate accounts that don't play much but have existed since 2012 and had used djarts tokens way back. But currently only one can use them the other has your issue.

The Devs have tried to fix this for people. They have not succeeded. I have hears rumors that some people who couldn't use them were able to use them using some other browser, unsure of that's true.

That facebook change also is involved in the issue where if you unfriend or purge non playing people you can't ever re-add them.
