first thanks for the great game.

Second my improvement ideas:
alt + left click = remove a crusader from the formation (so no need to drag an drop anymore)
shift or ctrl + click = directly lvl up the crusader (no need to click on the crusader bar)


Still missing an option to open more than 100 boxes (type the amount by myself).
