Lvl 440 "Other Peoples Problem Solver!"

This is kind of repeatable but I can't exactly define how.
This has been here perhaps from the beginning but has never really bothered me.
But recently somehow it's getting worse.
If you interact partially with the lobster traps then that lobster trap becomes un-collectable towards that quest. Even changing rooms does not fix that chest if there is a chest in that room in the same spot.
not sure what has happened on my end, but nearly every time i do this quest about 5 or 6 lobster traps become like this. i have to exit the game and come back in just to finish that quest.
I do not experience anything like this on any of the other similar quests, but think there used to be with the pigs (something that I remember you specifically fixing a long time ago).
