More options for missions crusader list.

Otherwise, think best-for-the-mission crusaders should continue to be listed first. For the benefit of EP missions, having the ability to set a less-than display limit for EP would certainly be helpful - since most of us are concerned with raising the levels of those with the lowest - but it seems like it might be adding too much complexity to what is only a secondary portion of the game.
