Jonathan Ayalawhen you fight in a monster battle, you use energy. when you explore, you use energy, when talking energy. thats really rediculous using energy for every little thing. ok searching for things i understand but for battling other monsters and talking to people?! thats just stupid. this game would be more fun if you didnt have to use energy for every little thing.
i wanted to customize my character again because her nose is ugly and i couldnt even do that. also when you catch a monster and if its a lvl 5 it should be just that a lvl 5 not 1 not 2, etc. so i went to go and try to release it but i couldnt even find the free monster button. so that should really be in this game. this game would be so cool if it had all these things in it and also the ability to send and post requests on our boards. i give this game a *** out of ***** |

Peter Minter (CNE Dev)Hi Jonathan,
You do not use energy talking to people. Could you tell me where you felt this happened? You can customize your character again on the tablet (click the green arrow at the top of your screen and then the Customize App) If you have more than 4 Guardians you can sell the extra unwanted ones at the Guardian center on the right hand side. I do not understand you last note regarding "the ability to send and post requests on our boards." Cheers, Peter |

Lasynda ShichirojiLast Edited February 2nd 2012 at 1:52 PM I think I can help with that last one Peter :D
The ability to post to our walls I believe is what he meant. Some people prefer it to choosing who to ask for help because you don't always know if someone on your list has stopped playing. Then people who watch feeds for people can help that way instead. :D *edit* Also if you were to let people do this you can still limit it for how many people can hit it :D |

John GreenIf I may input something on the "energy" front? I believe that we are mad to do too much with energy. I have stopped exploring items unless it is for a quest because of it. In battles...we shouldn't need to use energy to escape an unwanted battle. Also, it take WAY too much time to get energy back...I have played...and still do play other energy-based browser games and NONE of them make me wait 7 mins for one lousy point of energy. Also, what were you thinking when you decided that we were going to have to gather items just to evolve our guardians? This completely retarded and it may just keep me from playing your game. I can understand that if might take a special item to get an alternate evolution (like with Evee in Pokemon) but come on...I just got my two starter guardians to level and I can't evolve them because it takes 5 items EACH to do so. Finally...you need to allow us to switch our guardians on the fly. If it is already possible then your GUI is not showing it properly, because I cannot see how to do it.

Lasynda Shichiroji@ John
It's been said in other threads here about the energy usage and there have been changes to it as far as what they are used for, they may not be what everyone wants but they are a start and I at least am happy for something instead of nothing :D. Might I also point out if you weren't around for it it used to be you only had 25ish energy, based on level, and now at least on level 6 it's 41 instead. It doesn't make it so people can power game either since the refill is still 5 minutes. It was done because a point was made that there are people who can only play once a day and I guess there was a way for them to see that was true and not just something said to try to get more energy :D. One change they have made for energy for example is if you are in a fight you no longer use an energy to switch to a different Guardian to fight. It's actually only 5 minutes between energy recharges but that point has also been discussed in other threads. For now at least, it may change later, it is 5 minutes so people don't get to far ahead in the levels since the game IS still in Beta. There is a SMALL amount of the game available to play, there is an update coming soonish though, so to keep everyone from getting to a player level of say 20 and guardian levels of 50 before the release they have put soft limits on the game. As far as having items to evolve Guardians that is something to promote having friends in the game, be it you send invites to your friends or use the add me area here in the forum. Of course you don't have to add friends you can just use jelly beans to evolve your Guardians as well. As to your last sentence about switching Guardians on the fly I'm not sure exactly what you mean so I'll answer the two ways I can. If you mean when not in a fight and you want to change which guardians you have you just click on the Team in your upper left corner. This opens the screen with the four Guardians you have currently. Underneath them all is two yellow arrows forming a circle. Just click that icon and it will let you switch what Guardian you have in that spot. If you just want to move the ones you have currently around just click the Guardian and drag it to the spot you want in the line up. The only other think I can think you mean by this is while in a fight. If you mean in a fight then you just click the Switch tab and pick which team member you want to change into the battle. If you have more things you'd like to address please feel free to speak up here or in the MG group on FB or you can even privately message me. I may not work for DJ Arts but I have been around for awhile in the game so I have good input :D |

Lasynda ShichirojiHi Shane,
You can actually have more then 4 Guardians, depending on how much you have cleaned out your barn you can have up to 28 I believe. You will only ever have four on your team though. You can switch out Guardians when you have more then Four easily also. You just need to open the team window, you can also move around the order of them for who fights first to last, then click the icon of two yellow arrows in a circle under the Guardian you want to switch out and then select what guardian you want instead. |
