Upgrade gear mission is very rare - 1 per 10 days so to up 1 hero gear we need 4310=4 month for ONE hero. It is terrible. So make remake events, missions with event chests, or decrease mission pause.

Half of your posts is you demanding something, like you are entitled to a special treatment because you choose to spend real money. News flash, you are not. You are not better than other players, including free players (actually, with your spoiled brat attitude, you are worse). Honestly, I think that players that actually played the events should be rewarded in some way. So, it's completely natural that gear upgrading missions are rare: if you didn't play an event, don't expect to have full epics on every crusader (and even if you DID play all the events, maxing gear should be something that is very, very hard to achieve). Let's remember that this game is NON COMPETITIVE. There is no PvP component and there will never be one, so the only reason to spend money is to support the devs, since "winning" makes no sense in this game. If your self esteem is so low that you need to be "better" than other players in a game that HAS NO WINNERS, I pity you.

(well, fom your mastery of the English language, I actually doubt you do... look it up on google translate). You feel like you are ENTITLED to get things the way you like because you spend real money on the game (you said this yourself in the past), and that's not ok. BTW, yes, the main focus of the game is farming idols to beat harder and harder objectives. Missions are a nice bonus, but the game would be completely fine without them. If you don't like this, idle games are just not for you. And that's fine, you don't necessarily have to like this game. But if you don't, the solution is stop playing, not trying to transform it to match your taste (which will never happen anyway, so all you accomplish is to whine like a little kid...)

I'm pretty sure you haven't... you need to farm more to do that (since farming IS the core of the game, wether you like it or not). I would actually be really surprised if you completed all tier 2 objectives, I'm quite certain you didn't even buy the talent for tier 3 ones.
