check your options menu and uncheck the box for "Show new item notification" and "toggle chest drop Animation". This should help for most of the things, popping up.

Also, as per one of the last updates, the information about new crusaders is not shown for mor experienced users. What the conditions are, I can't remember anymore, but I don't see those kinds of Information anymore, which is very nice.

However, there still is the "new chest" popup if you buy chests with jewels. And there still is the popup about the missions which might be possible to toggle, hopefully in one of the next updates.
