Buffs are not intended to help in free play idol farm, they are useful to push through the last levels of hard objectives. Try to finish level 2/3 Teacher's Pet in Mugwarts campaign with no buffs... good luck doing that! Saying they are useless because they don't help with the farm is like saying that a fire insurance is useless because your house doesn't burn down every day. The time it DOES burn down, though, you would need one...

My point is that buffs are NOT useless, they simply have a DIFFERENT use than the one you think they have. I even gave you an example, but apparently you still don't get it... or, more likely, you understand that you were wrong, but would never ever admit it.

218 Posts	Link to post - Posted June 15th 2016 at 9:24 AM Last Edited June 15th 2016 at 10:06 AM FingerDemon re: topic imo the 'sweet spot' (for kong) is: $20 for 200 kreds (+ 25 bonus kreds) Buys: > 16 jewel/event chests > a golden epic card > a +50% idols earned buff (that lasts for days) > especially useful if you leverage the idols into one of the idols-boosting talents a few weeks down the road, do it again and the 50 bonus kreds will be worth another golden epic card plus 3 more jewel/event chests basically you get a nice boost some valuable cards and buffs while paying for the game's ongoing development and regular events etc.
