This is extremely inconvenient. Obviously, they won't be available when on a mission, but it appears that if they were used on a mission, they are deleted from the saved formations even when they are once again available.

Annoying to find crusaders missing and then having to refigure out which of them had filled that slot - even if it is obvous who filled the slot, because it was a special use formation, finidng that special use useless at a crucial time and trying to get they guy in there and use them before being overrun is a bit annoying.

Hoping this will be changed.
