Probably most easily, on the stats page, and couple lines under "Acheivements Unlocked" could be added like: "DPS bonus from Achievements", "Clicking bonus from Achireivemts" and the like. Better yet, a summary on the Achievements page itself, right at the front of the list; much like the summaries on the Trinkets page.

[ex. i got Siri via mission, but don't see that i got the acheivement that i would've gotten had i gained her with the event objective]. It's only 1% of course, but still...
