Smash1010110% of your idols is a huge cost for respecs. I suggest that every time you go down to 0 free remaining, a weeklong (maybe two weeks?) timer starts, and gives you a new free respec. This would allow us to change our idol distribution as we want/need, but it wouldn't be abusable in the same way that infinite or bankable free respecs would be.

RaymondI think respecs cost what they do cause it's a deterrant to willy nilly respecing and to actually use them wisely.
if anything they should make the cost more, and not give free ones each new set of talents they give out. but I am saying this to cause anguish among all others who might not know I'm kidding, or am I? |

Smash10101Unlimited free respecs are actually fairly abusable. Put all your points into DPS talents at the beginning of a run, then at the end swap them to EF and DIS for a billion idols. (Don't forget to move them all to Scavenger whenever you open a chest). Infinite, but limited free respecs are not abusable in that way, but don't punish you for going into the wrong talent as badly.

MisterC8If you had 50k idols and respec'd 80 times without a free respec, you would have wasted 49990 idols.
