Yes. lets make it so that paid players can buy the most OP formation and allow them to use it anytime they want, even through the hard modes and such. Nty.

Are you sure? Really really sure? Have you even TRIED to do the math? I suppose you didn't... well, I am sure about that, actually.

Idols are WAY more important than EPs, for 3 reasons:
1) their bonus is higher: my top DPSer get +103K% from her 595 EPs (and this includes the fact that I have the Overenchanted Talent at level 30, so EPs are worth 600% more), but she gets +189K% from my 63K idols.
2) Idols give a gold boost as well, and more gold means it's easier to level crusaders so a lot more damage (gold boost in fact can be considerd like a damage source, but it gets MULTIPLIED, not added, to other sources). With my 63K idols, I have a 63K% boost in gold, which is about the same as to say I have the same boost in DPS. EPs affect only DPS, so they are much much weaker (about 115,000 times weaker for me, and I do have almost 600 of them on my main DPSer!)
3) idols increase your damage in another very meaningful way, through talents. And they can give you really big bonuses.

Now, some more math: to have the same effect idols have, NOT INCLUDING TALENTS, I would need to have about 68 MILLIONS EPs. Now, on average you get a little more than 5 EPs for every jeweled chest, but they are evenly divided between 20 crusaders. So to get those EPs I would need to open about 250 million chests. Which is more than 300 MILLION DOLLARS (not 50K like you said).

Now, two things are undoubtedly true: 1) Codename Entertainment would be VERY happy if people decided to get the same bonus from EPs as they get from idols, since they would become millionaires; and 2) you didn't do the math (you NEVER do, that's not a surprise), went with your "gut feeling", and as it ALWAYS happens with you, you said something completely false.

But you are more than welcome to prove me wrong: spend 50K$ on the game, and try to do the Personal Tutelage objective with your (maybe) 500 idols. Let's see if you can make it.

dps is 3%, yes, but normal people have way more idols then they have ep's. and for all crusaders, so depending on formation one has effectively 9x-13x of these...

ep's are 25%, yes. BUT only for one single crusader.
only goes to show that you Joel, need to play the hame more then the 3 weeks you have done so far, and understand things too before making wild incorrect unsubstantiated things.
