deblev53Last week I downloaded Adobe Flash 21.0.0.197. I have no idea if flash has anything to do with this, but the very first day I got a BW2 popup that said "OOPS, it looks like something went wrong internally! Invalid or incomplete parameters... Then I have to refresh before I can play. I'm also getting popups to say my request didn't get to the server, another refresh. These both happen no less than 4 times per day or roughly every 1,500 energy or so. Anyone else having problems like this? I don't want to put a ticket in if someone can help me. :(

Raymondthat might not have anything to do with flash and has more to do with your network connection. not sure why it happens so often for you.
but if you follow those instructions in the banner that might fix it if it is flash related. the banner instructions are not necessarily a one time thing. I will do that every release of flash, like doing a flash cache clear every release of flash and every release of new things in the game. |

deblev53I did follow the instructions for the work around and still try it every time I have to refresh but it didn't work for me, ever. I even went to turn the acceleration off but it wasn't on. I'll give it a few more days and if it keeps up, I'll put in a ticket.Thanx for trying to help though, I appreciate it.
