Although a notice for weekly player chat in the locked sticky states it is for Bigfish players as well, it was not posted on the Bigfish forums. Although Erika said I should be copying and pasting info, rather than complaining, I do not see why that responsibility is being passed on to players (as that is what I am, a mere player) nor why I am being erased for mentioning the lack of communication. My tickets are not read/answered so I have no other venue to complain. This complaint is not selfish. it is made on behalf of Bigfish players.

Hi Whackers!

Thank you for bearing with us during the growing pains of releasing Crusaders. As it was an unexpectedly a massive success which created many chat rooms and communities to keep track of, our community management efforts have been strained.

We realise that part of your enjoyment of Bush Whacker 2 is seeing us at Codename in chat, and we know that this hasn't been happening as much as we would like. So, we're going to try something new.

Instead of Erika spending time in chat at unannounced points throughout the week, we'll schedule a specific time each week for her to spend an hour in Facebook chat and one hour in Big Fish chat for Bush Whacker 2, answering your questions directly (assuming the information is available, of course). This way the community will know exactly when they can connect with Erika in chat.

If you can't be online to talk to her live during those times, you can still always post questions and suggestions on the Codename, Kongregate and Big Fish forums, and request technical support through the ticket system, as usual.

Starting the week of April 12th, Erika will be in Bush Whacker 2 chat on Facebook every Wednesday, 1-2pm Pacific Time and on Big Fish every Friday, 2-3pm Pacific Time.

you have personally been asked to copy and paste something for big fish people? something that is published here. if big fish has no forums or community then that's their problem. big fish is a game platform, like facebook, and codename entertainment has no say over what any platform does or doesn't do

not sure why the Devs don't answer your tickets.
I have 2 open tickets and 89 closed ones and each and every one had been acknowledged by them, I am keeping the 2 open till what they are about takes place.
Wish there were a simple way for us to 'search' the contents of our tickets, some by title are interesting reminders of things but I can't find one particular comment.

and as far as I can remember, not a single topic here has ever been deleted by the Devs. Some have been locked to further writing and edits, but nothing has ever been deleted by them.
Perhaps you are thinking about some other game? or perhaps they do delete yours for some reason? But i have been known to be a jerk with players and Devs alike and none of my posts are ever deleted, none of my trouble tickets are ever ignored. Perhaps there is a bug somehow in your linkage to the trouble reporting system?

Yes I am yelling because you are answering again for the Devs. I do not understand why you are doing that, but it seems to be a constant with you. Please stop!

The piece was obviously (although written in the third person for some reason) a mandate for Erika to be on Bigfish chat! That she seems unwilling to copy and paste a message that is obviously for the Bigfish players as well, on the Bigfish forums, is why I am writing this!

And I never said a topic was deleted. (SHEESH!) You need to up your reading and comprehension skills. I said that the last posts I made, reminding Erika to come to also add to Bigfish forums info about Easter were erased! They were on topic and in the Easter thread.

I am not thinking of another game and again I will ask you to QUIT answering my posts as you are the one who is off topic and not relevant to the thread. (And yet, YOUR posts remain untouched, while mine are deleted!

I find your attitude very rude, Kittypurrrs.

There is NO reason whatsoever for your posts to be deleted, and no reason for devs to not answer any support tickets you have filed, UNLESS you have been rude to them. And even then, they would still reply.

Are you sure you're checking the support tickets? You don't get an email, you have to revisit where you filed the support ticket, unless BFG goes things differently.

As it is, we will have to wait for Erika to answer.

Since this subject was brought up, and since I happen to also be a BF player, I'll add my humble opinion ... I also found it curious that Erika did not post the info on the BF forum. She used to post there more consistently in the past, but it seems lately that we are the forgotten children. There are many BF players that don't visit this forum, just like there are players from this forum that don't even know the BF forum exists. There is a Community Manager for that reason ... to act as a liaison between the devs and players on all platforms. I can only speak for myself, but I don't have the time to be copy and pasting info from forum to forum, but I do feel badly that some players on the BF forum are in the dark about some news items, and since this latest one does address Big Fish Players, I agree, that it should have been posted there as well.

I am asking for Erika to answer why the post about chat was placed here, but not in Bigfish forums where it also belongs. The post PERTAINS to Bigfish as well, and I do not understand how anyone can not see that.

You find that I am rude for having asked Raymond to stop answering me? Have you checked his messages? Did you read what he said? "HUH, What?" is not an answer, nor are ANY of his answers to me helpful in any way. Did you not think it was rude of him to make a barrage of posts that were rude, indifferent, unhelpful and prolifically so? If not why not? He has, as usual, turned a simple question into a laughing stock of a thread.

Because he is confused about the question and does not read is a huge problem and I know Erika has read this and yet she still has not placed the chat information on the Bigfish forum. It is her JOB! It is what she is paid to do. it is not my job and I spend far too much time helping players and helping on forums to also do THAT part of her job. (I quit doing that as much since the Devs started calling me selfish)


Yes the Devs felt I was rude for relaying so many tickets and said I was selfish, except 95% of every ticket I have written was to inform of glitches (fixing glitches should be a priority) with the game and golf. That escalated into them not answering any tickets and me actually becoming rude.

I helped on Wiki, forums and on AI and always help new people. I am not selfish. I am however becoming more so as stopped helping on Wiki, and I refuse to also do Erika's job. It was a simple copy and paste, just as Easter info was and yet, she has still not done it. It is not my responsibility to do it and THAT is why I came here to remind her to do it.

Reporting glitches that I have already encountered is not for me, as I won't encounter them again! It is for those who will play next. That players are not continuously reporting glitches is why they are not a priority.

SO, I would still like to know why Erika has been remiss and has not posted her chat day for Bigfish chat in the Bigfish forum where it belongs. Raymond cannot answer that question, so me asking for him to stop answering is not rude, not one iota.

It seems you are utterly incapable of taking a hint. Why did I stop replying to your tickets? Do you think it is because you were friendly and helpful and I'm just a huge jerk who ignores his players (I think I could find literally thousands of examples to the contrary), or do you think maybe, just maybe, it's because the vast majority of your tickets (at the time I stopped responding) were baseless complaints, unjustified and unreasonable demands, direct insults to me and my staff, or huge, rambling rants about some incredibly minor injustice that you have faced. Take a second to consider how YOU would respond if someone consistently acted that way towards you.

You've been playing the game for roughly a year and a half. You've never spent a penny. You've opened nearly a hundred tickets, and up until a little over a month ago, I've directly and punctually responded to every single one. I think you've gotten a great deal. If you're really *that* unhappy with the service you've received, I implore you to find another game to play.

If anyone from Big Fish (or any other platform for that matter) feels they're being ignored, they can feel free to send in a support ticket and I will hear them out. Erika has been having a very tough time keeping up with her expanding responsibilities of managing not just Bush Whacker 2 but also Egg Breaker Adventures and our latest, extremely popular game, Crusaders of the Lost Idols. I think she's been doing a good job considering the challenges she's facing. She hasn't been able to find time to get into *any* of the Bush Whacker 2 chats very often lately, so rather than drop them entirely we've decided to schedule specific times when people can show up and get her full attention. If you think that's a bad idea, by all means let us know. If your biggest issue is that we didn't post it on the Big Fish forums, then I think perhaps you should re-evaluate your priorities. Your continued attempts to rally a pitchfork mob to your cause are tiresome and waste everybody's time.
