"You have Fertilizers and some crops still growing, would you like to use them?"

That's what I do at least. I'm not sure how it would work, that a popup would prevent this from happening everything you had unfinished business. It could probably become quite annoying. I like your idea though, perhaps if there were a checklist somewhere you could check yourself, rather than a popup reminder. Check your to-do list, notice you have fertilizer and plants growing. A quest that can be turned in, a puzzle that can be finished etc. How about that?
