New Event - Objective Idea. Ideas, help, thoughts appreciated!

First things first for the Developers, this might take a TON of time to calculate or brainstorm JUST how to figure out the proper level to reach in this event. It should be great fun all around if you guys managed to pull something off like it though. Anyways Here goes.

I got to thinking.... What if there was some sort of event theme or even just an Objective in an event where you started off with X amount of gold. You must then use a certain formation (haven't thought of one or how many people, probably not a TON of people) and divvy up the Gold the best way you see fit that you think you will be able to reach the level required. I've thought of a few things, that I know shouldn't be too hard to disable and or perhaps add that will make it an interesting objective!

Disable: (note, only during the objective would these apply)

-Gold Drops from enemies
-Treasure Chest Opening
-Warps and Gold buffs. Or maybe warps would ONLY drop the event item drops and refresh buffs
-Idol Buffs (So there isn't an advantage from someone, but you would need a certain amount to start it maybe?)

Keep:

-Treasure Chests Drops from Bosses
-The rest of the buffs
-Basically everything else

Add:

-Some sort of item drop (usual event item drops; clovers, gum drops etc etc...) that you can exchange for buffs/gold during the event and after the event Chests so you must decide if you want to use the drops for any of the buffs or gold or try to farm longer and longer to collect more for chests.
-Starting gold of a set amount, that can be spent whenever but never goes up unless perhaps you exchange some drops for gold.


For the life of me I am SURE I am missing some things, that is why I brought it to the forums to get some feedback and ideas, I think this would be pretty cool but I am not sure how hard it could be to actually make happen from a developers standpoint.

I know some of these features already exist so certain things already can be done!

Also I suggest:

Disable:
- Idol Buffs and Talents
- Monster Spawn & Gold Buffs, and Warps.

Make:
- 5x more monster quest requirement and 5x more bosses like Slow Descent
- Limit area to 50 like halfway campaign in Blood Bowl.
- Time limit must be 80 minutes to finish.
