When he asks BW to whack up blue and green gravel he says something along the lines of 20 of each "aught to do it." 'Aught', to the best of my knowledge, usually means 'nothing' or 'zero' - think it should have been "ought"... Either way, enjoying the event!

It should be fixed now. You'll need to go back to SBA 16. @ James: The 60 egg achievement was for last year. This year, after the get 5 eggs, it's the find all 70 eggs achievement.

It still reads "achievement unlocked find 60 eggs" - it should be changed to 70 eggs for 2016. I had a lot of fun with this event, lots to do and great rewards.
