BBHuey4213Have had an issue at my ranch several times that I don't know how to remedy - when in build mode I've gone to place items near the back wall of the house only to have them disappear (apparently "behind" the house); there is no way that I know of to retrieve these items. The first time it happened I only got the item back when the second story was added and the item just reappeared in my inventory. It reached the point where I had stopped putting stuff in the house - just the yard. Got adventurous the other day and tried to place the mosaic hanger in the house so I could start hanging the mosaic pieces and now my hanger is in the twilight zone behind the ranch house, along with my fishbowl and I'm not even sure what else. Anyone else have this happen, and if so were you ever able to reclaim your missing items?

Leona Virgomost of the time you can just click in the area it should be behind the wall and you would pick it up again, there are a few times/items that do require sending in a ticket.

BBHuey4213Thanks to you both - was able to retreive the mosaic hanger by clicking on the area where it disappeared, and that's the main thing I wanted to recover. Not sure where to try to fetch the fishbowl but it's been back there so long that I figure it's made a life for itself back there. If I change my mind and want to get it back along with whatever else might be there I'll go the support ticket route...thanks again!
