The change log is one way for your customers to know what has been changed/fixed being you do not have a bug/fix list. I am wondering why the change log, which was once a sticky, is now floating to archival oblivion rather than stickied and updated.

(Thanks Raymond, but I am hoping for an answer from the Devs as to why it was removed from stickies)

I also referred to this on my last suggestion but it wasn't answered :

"I would also like to add that the change log for the beginning of last year is locked and stickied, whereas, the change log for end of the year is only locked and thus is floating away into the abyss of old posts. I realize the older one links to the newer one, but should it not be the other way around?"
