DJArts rewards - developer help plz!
6 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 28th 2012 at 6:04 PM Jenni Wilson I have just redeemed my first reward - 100% bush whacker energy for 40 points. It shows on my bush whacker play history as redeemed and then it was taken away again without me actually playing it. Is this a glitch?

There was an error message "failure making purchase call:" on the DJArts rewards page, and my points were taken. I'm not sure if the reward ever showed up in my play history, because I reloaded the game page so now my play history is empty. :(
5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 28th 2012 at 8:49 PM Raymond No, that's the Win History and that shows not very much in the game. The play history shows just about everything in the game and you reach that with a link at the bottom of the page, it goes back perhaps 9 or 10 days.

We found a bug that could affect some purchases and will need to manually edit any accounts that were affected. Cheers, - Justin
