~ I see from the change long that the last update was in September. I understand that the devs have been busy rolling out another new game, but now that it is online, perhaps we can see some updates on the change log to show you haven't forgotten about BW2.

~ Any other major game I have played has a glitch/bug list for players to see, and players were asked to read it before submitting a ticket. It meant that we knew they were aware of the bugs/glitches and also made less work as there were fewer repeats. It also meant that the list had to be maintained and acted upon. (I know you have a list, and I know you action with a triage system, but many of the glitches are 3 years old. It must be one heck of a long list)

~ Some players can’t access AI as it won’t load on a good day. Christmas was hell for them as they could barely play, let alone visit AI. AI Was even bad for me with a newer computer and upgraded internet, with as few as 10 players showing on the Islands. When players can’t load, their character is still stuck in the teleporter, and show as being on AI isle 2. If the player can’t load AI, they also can’t change isles. There really must be some way to alleviate this. Would not having the request for the island of choice at the teleporter in the commons help alleviate that problem?

last update was not in September, the infected forest came out on Pearl Harbor day less then one month ago.
if you want to complain then get your facts straight.
the Devs have said in the past that they plan on 3 or 4 content area updates per year. besides that there are Natees and Kaines and buildings and events (there's an event on exactly 50% of a year).

these devs have a list of what they have had been reported to them , and what hey plan ob doing, and like many companies such a list/their plans are confidential information.

i, even on a horrible computer with 1 gig ram (but not using that anymore), have never experienced anything like what you describe with amicus, I have always been able to get there and to immediately change rooms.

Wow Raymond, you play 24/7 and the game is perfect? AMAZING! How very nice for you. Perhaps your game is run on a server that isn’t overloaded? (You are a know it all, how come you never thought of that?) Now I expect to never hear one more word of complaint from you ever... ever… so please erase your last complaints I just read in the forum...

Someone named Raymond Jerome complained about the change log not being updated. A relation perhaps? He complained a lot… The change log is sitting there, in a sticky and says it has not been updated since Sept. I never mentioned content updates, so just who needs to read and in your own words, “f you want to complain then get your facts straight.”

Yes, other games have lists of glitches and a list of bugs as I stated, for the reasons I stated. What YOU are talking about are the glitches players can abuse. Of course they don’t let us see that! Otherwise, is no reason not to have an itemized list for players to see!! NONE! Only benefits for all.

I care about other players (A concept that might be hard for you to swallow but true) and unlike yourself do not sit here ready to pounce upon anyone who dares make a comment.

I also mentioned that I understood the triage methodology! YOU are not a dev, so leave other players alone! Get outside and breathe in some fresh air instead.

PS: I will happily remove this reply Raymond will erase his unnecessary and condescending "reply" to my suggestion.

you are completely wrong again.
I complained in crusaders of the lost idols about something someone there said was NEW and apparently was not in THE idols change log, which by the way had been updated 17 days ago not this fictitious September you are fixated on.
p.s. the game news for bw2. no idea what change log you are referring to, is reachable right on this page at the top of the page and is called 'news'.

as for lists of glitches and such, whether or not they are exploitable the Devs have no time to put into a customer readable format (the devs use hundreds/thousands pf individual trouble tickets) and to maintain that list for you and such, they are busy programming the game, events and fixing the glitches.

no need to remove your reply, no need to think that my reply is anything other then my own opinion. nice to think that you think i am God or something.

oh, I see what you mean by change log.
and that right there is proof that the Dev s DO NOT have time to maintiain/publish an ongoing list of bugs cause they can't maintain an ongling list of changes, of ewhich there has been many since September. http://forum.codenameentertainment.com/?action=bw2&page=news

and this is why i have asked more than once to be able to block people on this forum. Please i wish it would be made able to do so.
Some people are so rude and condescending and this has been going on far too long.

you have suggestion, post it.
it shouldn't matter to you if a thousand people posted the same suggestion or nobody ever posted it, just post it.
you have a bug, post it. same reasoning.

read other peoples suggestions, or criticisms, or ignore them. your choice

Kittypurrs is correct!!! There have been no "Change Log" updates since Sept. 2015
http://forum.codenameentertainment.com/?thread_id=10532

When Kittychix was the Community Manager, she updated the Change Log faithfully, every month, from Jan. to Nov. 2014
http://forum.codenameentertainment.com/?thread_id=8724&page=1

Then, when Erika took over as Community Manager she started out okay. She updated the change log every month from Jan through May of 2015, and then she didn't update again until Sept., and we have had no updates since.

Raymond, you stated "Dev s DO NOT have time to maintiain/publish an ongoing list of bugs cause they can't maintain an ongling list of changes."

My response to that is ... that's exactly why they hired a Community Manager.
Back in Jan. 2013, when Justin introduced the first one, he said, "Please join us in welcoming our new Community Manager, Noemi! Her job is to make sure that all your feedback is taken into account as we work through the development process, so you’ll see her posting & answering questions on the forum regularly from now on.
She's the best person to direct all feedback to, and she can answer questions about what features will be included in impending updates."

Now, I see this as a positive thing, as players [optionally] pay real dollars to play this game, and it is to the developer's advantage to keep the interest of their loyal players by keeping them informed, and it also wouldn't hurt to throw out a few teasers about future updates while they're at it. People would have a lot more patience and understanding if they were kept informed about why there are sometimes lags in updates, or other problems that arise. Burying one's head in the sand doesn't make the problems go away, it will only serve to cause their players to go away.

And since the issue of lag time and freezing on AI was brought up, I just want to add, that I for one, always freeze up when I go there and I always have to reboot the game. It's become the norm for me, and I have a fairly new PC with a good internet provider. I agree with Kitty, that a teleport in the commons where we can select different rooms on AI would be a great help.

I agree with Jo , that we the people who make threads should be able to delete useless posts if the thread maker deems fit so , cause we have to make the forums friendly and nice

@Russel and @ Jo, yes I agree. And thanks Flybaby for showing how you can and should reply to a post.

@ Erika There are offensive and spam replies, in which the person replying is pretending to answer for the devs and responding as though he has some insight into the business. (I would call that impersonating a dev) The person is also adding URLs that have nothing to do with the thread at all, which are a nuisance, but also akin to bullying of other players. It scares people away from adding to this thread, but also from joining the conversation on the entire forum!

As the other players have stated, I cannot understand how you can maintain a civil and inviting forum without being able to click on a report button to have something/someone reported and removed, or the ability to remove offensive threads from your own post or at least report and block.

I have never ever once impersonated any Dev.
If you take my opinions and relaying of vast thousand days experience in what I have read the Devs having said many times and such to be me acting like a Dev, they you have a problem knowing a from b.
any link I post is directly related to the issue, or to my understanding of the issue, and relay some of what The Devs have said in the past about certain things.

Raymond, YOU are the one who responds 99% of the time here and in discussions and once in awhile you are indeed HELPFUL, but if happens very seldom. I could care less about your thousands of hours playing or your "vast experience." You have made 6 senseless and useless replies to my suggestion! The forum is not here to stroke your ego!

The URL you added was about updates, mine was about the change log. Your replies here are about updates and what you THINK the devs might answer to my other suggestions. If you are responding that you know what the devs are thinking and working on in bug lists, you are indeed "speaking for the devs" and you have absolutely no right to, especially in this suggestion thread! I am not speaking to you, or your VAST experience. (You are as condescending to players with your "vast experience," so you may think you know your A from your B, but not BS!)

Your replies to me were not helpful in the slightest and I will ask you to refrain/ restrain/constrain yourself from adding anything else to my suggestions now or in the future!

PS: I have found many complaints on the Wiki from you that it is outdated and even complaints on my golf thread that the golfing wasn't set up the way you like it! Those are complaints that do NOT BELONG on the player-made Wiki and should have been directed to the Devs! I have searched for your name as someone who helps/adds/edits there and see NOTHING but comments (All are comments if you click on his name there... even the uploads are to comments, not to the gallery or to make additions) Why would someone with your "vast experience" be whining there, and whining about players suggestions and comments here, when you could be updating Wiki and actually show you are trying to be helpful? (rhetorical question BTW....)

PPS: You were complaining about AI when it was in BETA, July 13 2013, 3 weeks after the beta was rolled out!!! Yet, years later, no one else is allowed to say anything!

examples here:
http://forum.codenameentertainment.com/?thread_id=7722#40731

Raymond Jerome
are you only a community manager? or are you a programmer too?

Come now, Amicus Island is 21 days old now, it's still in beta as far as I can tell since it's still very buggy and leaky. Yes, its great fun watching Flash usage go up from never higher then 200 Megs to well over 600 Megs ONLY when doing anything on Amicus and drop back to reasonable when walking away from that mess. And I clear flash cache just about every other day. please FIX IT.

Raymond Jerome
fewer and fewer people are playing Amicus when I'm there, which should be a good thing for me, but there is only one 'room' usually and its half full and even so I'm almost always FROZEN like many people have been for what 33 days now? Are you ever going to improve your beta area?

PPPS: Erika has updated the change log as of yesterday, so I guess you were wrong there as well Raymond.

@kittypurrs and Flybaby. I agree with you ladies. I don't mind Raymond's posts only if he answers a question in a short, polite way, otherwise, knowing myself, I'll get into an argument I never wanted and have many times in BW1. If the post is a "I know everything and won't give an inch" kind, I force myself to skip it. As for AI, I've had a few problems once in a while in the past, until Christmas. I haven't been able to log in since without going through all the tips, sometimes more than once. Nothing I did yesterday would let me connect with the server and I tried from log in until 1 a.m. with no luck and I totally agree something needs to be done.I'll quit complaining now, just want to say that I really appreciate both of you ladies and all you do,thanx. :)

My thank you post to Erika that I made after my last comment, didn't enter, so thank you Erika for responding to the first of three suggestions and doing it so quickly. Please also pass on the suggestion for a commons specific island request before teleporting, to alleviate the overloading of Isle 2.

I would also like to add that the change log for the beginning of last year is locked and stickied, whereas, the change log for end of the year is only locked and thus is floating away into the abyss of old posts. I realize the older one links to the newer one, but should it not be the other way around?

Addendum:

Change log Jan to Sept stickied
