Kim EncisoI just bought it and I totally regret even looking at it. The features are overpriced, and the customization item wasn't worth even 10 bush bucks. Energy was laughable, but to top it all off the list of items to further entice you to join the club were both misleading (thought I would get the features right away), and the fact that you had to buy some of the useless items made the decision to join the bush whacker club even more regrettable. I really suggest, for that price, giving players a FULL pack of energy. Because seriously...I get more fishing. Anyway for a refund?

Justin Stocks (CNE Dev)Hi Kim,
If you use the free energy pack every day, it's absolutely worth it for the energy alone, even if you're buying a single month at a time and not taking advantage of the longer period discounts: 30 Days * 20% energy = 600% energy for 44 Bush Bucks = 13.6% energy per Bush Buck. Compare that to the largest energy drink: 250% energy for 26 Bush Bucks = 9.6% energy per Bush Buck. When you add in the additional CI item and the other benefits which further optimize play (mana optimizer is the main one that's the most helpful to me), I think it's definitely worth the price of admission, especially if you were going to be buying an energy drink or two in a given month anyway. With all that said, if you'd really like a refund, just open a support ticket (click the Help Me! tab above the game and follow the links from there), and I can look into it. Cheers, - Justin |

RaymondAnd unless you buy your 30 days right at the very start of the month then you actually can get 2 months of the Customization Item.
But the Mana optimizer alone is well worth it. One month for me got me over a Million worth of Energy used from Mana, and I played all that on the lowest square in the game with Value 1 & 2 bushes so I got (even though I was Maxed out) over one Million Ranking Score. p.s. the cost of the initial buying of the 4 or 5 BW Club things is minimal. It's a safe bet that many people bought them even without the intention of ever joining the BW Club. |

RaymondMike, you are not serious?
Firstly, why would anyone buy more than a monthly membership if everything the club gives you is forever? But if you look at your inventory the bw membership card tells you 2 things, exactly when your membership ends and the fact that benefits end when membership ends. The actual text is "A genuine Bush Whacker Club Membership card, granting you access to special items and abilities. It has expired and is no longer valid." But even if you don't see that, when you spent what is essentially real money in the form of BB's you should have seen what the club was all about. Things you can see in the clubhouse: "Being a member gives you access to all sorts of awesome rewards," "If your subscription ends, then the items and energy pack won't have any affect until you purchase another batch of club membership." "All of these items only take effect if you have a valid Bush Whacker Club subscription." and the following I had to have a friend send me, for each of the purchasable things: "You must join the Bush Whacker Club to buy this!" I'm renewing my membership in a couple days, and if this wasn't a leap year I might have obtained 3 three Customization Items from a one month membership. |

Kim EncisoThanks for the quick response. I will file a ticket, and see what happens. I was under the impression that it was a full energy refill like the first pack you get from your friends. Now THAT would have been worth it. I do think that the bush whacker club needs to be a bit more clear.

Darken Aoc RahlA bit more clear eh? Goes to talk to the bushwacker club guy. Tell me more about the energy pack: The extra energy pack shows up to the left of your other packs, and is automatically refilled when the cooldown is up. It restores 20% of your energy and has a 20 hour cooldown, just like all your other energy packs! That works out to upwards of 6 full energy bars - or around 63 bush bucks worth of energy - if you use it every day for a month.
Besides the stunningly clear description they give you before purchasing the item the physical picture of the full energy charge is twice the size of all the other packs. |

Kim EncisoIt's not just me, so your negative comment was not needed. It's been resolved very nicely by Justin so no more needs to be said about it. By the way, big thanks to Justin for such a quick resolve to the problem. :)

Darken Aoc RahlYour claim was they needed to make what the club give you more clear. It is extremely clear. I am sorry that you feel pointing it out is somehow negative. I work in customer service. I am well aware there are plenty of "those customers" out there. Pretty nice of the devs to correct your mistake anyways. Thumbs up guys.
