Error with bush whacker store
8 Posts	Link to post - Posted November 5th 2015 at 4:37 PM Puzzler Hello, I have been trying for a long time to get help with the fact I cannot use the bush bucks because I am told that I have a previous balance. I have emailed, posted questions, tried to create a support ticket ... nothing has worked. Whenever I try to buy them, through games.com I am told I owe a balance, but am not given anyway to clear the supposed debit. For some reason I can get no replies. Does anyone have a better way to reach developers. It is really odd that I want to give them money and I get no response. Thank you in advance.

Then he will get to the support tickets in the order they were opened. But like Matthew said, it might be a Games.com issue, since they have their own system for accepting payments that we hooked into Bush Whacker 2. Erika

Unfortunately, it is part of AOL, but AOL tech support does not have much association with the site. I put a help ticket in with them and heard nothing. Is there a way to transfer my game to Facebook or I can send bush bucks to myself from another game I start?
