It's a big chance for the event silver chest to get upgraded to event jeweled. If free run in event was free players would be able to do 150+ runs. If you need more candies, use warps. Edit: Most stupid thing would make it cost rubies, but that will never happen. Sicne normal jeweled chest will always only be the thing u can buy for them.
