If you go to the person in the flux where you turn in your dust and talk to them, select the option to dust trinkets. If you have already dusted the set of trinkets from any particular version of the flux, they will not appear, which means that you have completed that flux. If a set from a particular version of the flux appears as an option, and any one trinket in that set has a red number 1 next to its icon, you have not collected it, and have not completed that particular flux. If all the numbers in the set are white, you have that flux completed and may dust the set. One suggestion, make sure that you have the complete set of the latest version of the flux (in this case #15) before dusting the previous set. Some of those trinkets come in real handy.
