I had one moonstone. and 11 green jades...Traded 8 jades so i could have 2 more moonstones. After trading I ended up with 2 moonstones, and 3 jades. What an unfair ROBBERY!!!

Raymond, read the first sentence :P I think she's saying she started off with 11 jades and 1 moonstone, and ended with 3 jades and 2 moonstones, therefore missing 1 moonstone.

You are right in what you said here - You definitely are missing a Moonstone for that trade. If it hasn't shown up in your Inventory yet, (I've never had something be delayed like this myself) send in a Support Ticket, and they will fix it for you.

At the very top of your game page click the 'Help Me!' tab - There's some answers to some general questions there, but look for the Red Box in the upper right-hand corner, you can't miss it - Then click 'Open New Ticket' and you can write them a note/letter type thing. Explain what you did while you made that trade, and what happened, give them as many details as you can, especially when it happened, the date and time. If you're not sure when it did it, start with the time you posted this and go backward through your play history. Under your game screen box, written in blue, is 'Play History' - Click that and start looking through, it shows you every single thing you've done while playing - You'll have to go back pages to find it now, (It says this at the top of the page: "Your play history currently shows 100 actions at a time. All times are in PDT.") so if it isn't still there, just give them the time that you posted this. I'm guessing that you posted it just shortly after it happened. But, the Devs can look at all of it, and they will, and they'll find it, and they will give you the Moonstone. They can go right into your game, and see or do whatever they want. They are awesome, and fast, with their help responses and actions.
