Now that we have several button that do things (Q, W, E, Shift, CTRL, Shift + CTRL and, Click) I feel that we should be able to customize the buttons that we can use to do things. Of course I see the problem with this, such as being able to set 'click' to the scroll wheel, letting you "click" very fast. But I think that some amount of customization should be available.
