I have over 20 eggs in my ... umm ... pocket I guess. What can I do with them besides hatching? I don't want them to hatch since I will sell them all to Pagas....

Hatch them anyway. More points to score higher in rankings, more satchels to open, you get the 25% red energy packs when you complete the eggs, and you get DNA from PAGAs which you can trade up and then trade in for a pet.

Or file a ticket & ask the devs to remove the eggs :3

Eventually you stop getting them once you have one of each.

Note that since you can only hatch one at a time, it's hard to accelerate the process to accomplish what Destiny suggests. Even with a pocket full o' eggs, I'm never NOT hatching one. Very slight potential improvement by using an egg from inventory rather than finding a new one, but I've never missed even a single day in the hatchin' factory by searching the bushes.

What Finieous said is true though.

Depending on how you do it, each egg/pet can take 5 days to complete

I keep hatching, but in these days of hatching I get another egg with a satchel...so it's an neverending story, or a very long one at least.

I like to keep one of each pet.. any duplicates I find when whacking bushes, I then sell them

If you hatch your duplicates, you can then trade them to the DNA guy and get upgrades for your current pet or you can collect the DNA and trade it up for some of the unique pets that he has available (not available in dropped eggs-some were for sale in game packages at one point in the game). If you can collect enough of these unique pets, you can actually gain more progress toward his next reward.

Its really kind of you to teach me game-basics, but I play for nearly 1000 unique days, completed all fluxes and of course I'm level 300 and...I think I now how the game works.

I have too many eggs. I get 1-2 eggs per week from Satchels. But since I refuse to do those "extra click" quests (i.e. Dooty Patrol) it takes 5 days up to 3 weeks to hatch an egg. It's my own fault, I know - I could do all the quests and would have many many pets, but since I already have like 10 unique DNA and got every basic pet for once...the whole egg, hatching, growing up thing is more or less part of the game but not very interesting.

What I wanted to do with this thread?
Well, I wanted to check if there are similar players like me and maybe we could summon the holy codename gods to do something about this hatching-thing for end-game-players. like trade in one egg for one flux dust. Or so. Whatever.

AT MOST you can have 30 eggs from satchels, currently. And since you have played over 1,000 days as you say then you can, if you just do not ever hatch any of those any more, only have at most somewhat less then those 30.
Why are you hatching them? Why don't you whack up random current gen 4 eggs? You know, if you don't have all of gen 4 pets, 2 of each, then when the next generation comes out YOU WILL get some gen 4 pet eggs in satchels too.

keep at least 2 of a pet and you will NEVER get a satchel egg of that pet. or technically, keep 1 of a pet and have 1 satchel egg of it and you WILL NEVER get another one of that egg too since nobody has ever had 2 satchel eggs of the same kind in their inventory. JUST IGNORE the satchel eggs and you eventually will never ever get another one. They don't hurt to keep in an inventory. You can whack random current generation eggs if you are unaware of that.

I just don't get your issue.
as for pets, I always have a pet growing, and none from satchel eggs anymore cause I had 2 of every generation pet except one gen 1 I returned to dna too many of. so I had 1 satchel egg in somewhat over 1125 days. I have raised 218 pets from random eggs, plus that one from a satchel, plus 3 or 4 from eggs as Kaine or Nate rewards, turtle, rhino and ant man I know of without looking.

Some day soon, I will get rid of all my duplicate pets (I do maintain 2 of every kind), so I will get rid of one of each and live with getting a satchel egg of each eventually that I will totally ignore (for all 30, or 40 pets). AND even then I might actually get rid of the one remaining of every kind of pet, cause of what I mentioned before about no duplicate satchel eggs. That's a lot of DNA I'll be getting, some 30 or 60 for gen 1-3, and eventually 10 or 20 more for gen 4 depending on if I want to have none of any...

Zeus, there is no way of knowing what level you are at or how many unique days you've played, besides, nobody assumed that you are a newb in any way... no need for the snark...

FYI, my comment was more of a reply to the post directly above mine by Heather as an alternate suggestion to her regarding selling her duplicate pets so that she may reap greater rewards...

I don't think that my post even addressed your issue in any way...
