Or fairy tale/fandoms related areas, for example, House areas could have microbes and silly interns as mobs, big red wolf (like Lupus, lol) as a boss, hospital halls as area decoration.

Combinations(20,10) and 10! are pretty big numbers. If all were in use then what's the point of even playing at all?
