Casino payout on the gold machines

I searched the threads but didn't see this topic so apologies if already discussed.

When playing the gold machines there is one payout where the WIN is 65 gold on a bet of 100. A WIN spin should at the very least be a push. I've never seen a casino game where a WIN spin costs you your bet.

That is the case with most of the slot games on Amicus... there are larger payouts, but most of the time you are wasting your coins.

The gem machines are actually better, especially because the citrine is not used anywhere else in the game for anything what-so-ever.

Since you can convert gems with zero cost, does it really matter that the citrines aren't used anywhere?

My opinion: the gold machines are to convert gold to gems, and the gem machines are to convert gems to gold. Anything else you win is just a bonus.

My point is that a "WIN" should not return less than the original bet.

Raymond I go to Vegas, Atlantic City, and NYC. No casino gives you less than the original bet on a WIN spin in straight up slots.

Not true, there is more of a chance to win nothing on slots than to win anything..
