General Fixes

CHANGED:
- The Town Crier no longer claims he's new, since he has been, you know, standing there for more than three years now.

FIXED:
- Fixed an issue with the back view of the Eggplant Knit Cap on female characters
- Fixed an issue where the counter for the "Overfed" achievement was out of 100 instead of 1000
- Fixed several typos in the Bastille Day quests
- Fixed a typo in the Cloud Tower ranch item description
- Fixed a typo in the title "Botanist"
- Fixed a couple of instances of a misplaced apostrophe in "thing's"
- Players affected by the secret area achievements glitch should now have those extra achievements removed
- Fixed an issue allowing certain Secret Area achievements to be obtainable before you'd met their criteria
- Fixed the Patriot event survey not being submittable since Friday's update (fixed Saturday)
- Fixed the warp whistles quest in cloudland to have the correct name and description
- Fixed a glitch that caused tickets not being closable from the main page since Friday's update
