I need a help ticket
8 Posts	Link to post - Posted June 30th 2015 at 7:03 PM Puzzler Hello, I play on AOL as twoworldsandfate(aol.com) through the games.com aspect. I took a long break and when I came back I found that one of my pets a parrot named Acapulco disappeared. It is not longer at my ranch, so I cannot add him. However, it is shown in my pet progress report. I did not ever exchange him, so I am not sure what is going on although I suspect it is because I stop playing for a year or so. Thank you for your help.
Lvl 440 "Other Peoples Problem Solver!" 5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted June 30th 2015 at 9:08 PM Last Edited June 30th 2015 at 9:09 PM Raymond if you had him penned up in your ranch then perhaps he escaped and if you wander around you might find him. but can't you equip it from the inventory? as for pet progress in PAGAS does it say something like: you have had 2 of these pets. with whatever number you have had, and if less then 4 can you see all 4 listed there in pagas? if more then 4 does the number there match the number listed next to the x at the bottom of that pet in pagas and also what you count in the inventory itself (not ranch inventory but in the real inventory). or does it say something like: there being no number next to the x (actually no x at all) or the numbers not matching, if so then you might have PAGAS released one or more of those parrots for DNA. also check the ranch inventory as it might have been placed back in there, or in the 'storage' shed if you got that yet.

If you click on the brown bag icon, and bring up your character inventory, then go into the equip pets dialog, is he not there? Also, if you're still having trouble after trying that, there's the "Help & Support" link below the game to have the developer look at your account. Erika
