can't send help request for Fee-fi-fo-fum! quest :(
10 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 19th 2012 at 4:27 PM Last Edited January 19th 2012 at 4:29 PM Maharlika Ramdhani Since few days ago I can't accomplish this quest because the facebook pop-up window for picking friends up and sending help request didn't appear when I click 'Send Help Request'. But the giant said the request has sent, blah blah. I know the help request can be sent only once in 20 hours but I've been trying for days but it's still the same, even when I use different computer. Please fix the bug soon! Thank you.

If you didn't say it was happening to you on two different computers I'd tell you to check your browser pop-up settings. And it could possibly be a facebook setting. But for it to go bad for you in multiple places is unlikely, unless you made some changes. If so then undo that.

150 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 21st 2012 at 3:14 AM Lottie Mytho I occasionally have this problem. I think it's a FB problem and occurs when they are doing something with the servers -- back up ot maintenance maybe -- try sending at a different time of day.

If the quest shows go to your map and make sure you check the show active quests box. Hover your mouse over the Fee-fi-fo-fum! quest and it will highlight the area the giant is in. Go to that area and deal with him. I am in the same boat as the OP. My general/pick friends pop-ups won't load. [I wish they also showed in Sasha's help friends list.]

In Firefox, go to 'tools/ options/ general' and make sure you have either unchecked 'block popup windows', or that you enter BW's URL in the 'exceptions' window.
