Cyndi Buis JacobsI'm a Level 280 player and my Mana meter is at 63. I typically use the trinkets to increase my odds of finding puzzle pieces or quest items. I'm also using Orb of Seasons, Game Controller and Cleansed Necklace. Are there any other tips of items I can use to increase my Mana so when I win 100 mana, so much doesn't get wasted? Thanks!

Raymondtip one, when turning in a quest, be sure to already have max mana and max power, then you will not get 100 of each in a quest satchel.
tip two, why worry at all? boo hoo, a little mana and power gets 'lost'. you must be the half empty kind of person, pessimistic. I'm a glass half full kind of guy and relish the free mana and power that I did get. |

Cyndi Buis JacobsI wasn't worried and I wasn't complaining - I was looking for tips to up my mana meter. I figured if 100 was offered maybe there was something I was missing and came here to ask. Obviously in the scheme of things it's not a big deal. Again, just asking a question.

Raymondjust saying, that's one of those random things. unlike say the energy gained on leveling up that one can kind of sometimes sort-of plan for.
but there are 6 achievements for mana/power, to lose out on 100, 1000 and 10000 of each. of course achiements mean nothing either. Blue Goo Miss out on at least 10,000 excess mana! Waste Not, Want Not Miss out on at least 10,000 excess power! |

Marci WilsonI never allow that much mana to accumulate. When I log off, I switch all of my trinkets and my companion so as to allow for max energy to accumulate.
If I have a ton of friend helps, I use those first before switching my items back and then I'll use all of my mana that accumulates. While I am in play, and you may find this helpful, is to swap out your trinkets to allow for greater ease of finding quest items and puzzle pieces. I bring in my two trinkets with the highest percentage of finding mana, and make sure that I socket my sword with the highest mana percentage. I also feed my mount to increase its chances of gaining a higher percentage of finding mana upon leveling. While in play, my max mana is only 30. I rarely power up on anything with more than 10-15 power, so it is rare that I will max that out. I find that I save myself a lot more energy when I use my mana immediately. |

Kate (aquafishy)I would suggest crafting some runes of max mana ! You can craft runes of max power as well.

FinieousRunes, pets, mounts can increase the mana pool. Horrible waste of potential in my opinion, though...
If you had not combined trinkets, you would still have many of the "mana only" trinkets, which would add up to a higher bonus. There were also some Flux trinkets that you could keep rather then turn in for Flux dust. My mana bar was ~120 before I dusted all my Flux trinkets... now it's only ~80. |

Ruth OrozcoCheck yourself Raymond--calling someone a crybaby and criticizing them is as bad as calling them stupid. Remember what that got you? And you've been pretty polite since then...either answer questions or don't-opinions not welcome...

RaymondI'm surprised at you.
There's a big difference in saying boo hoo, vs quote "calling someone a crybaby and criticizing them" which I NEVER did. |

deblev53@ Cyndi. If you equip your mana syphon, any mana over your limit will turn to energy which to me is a big help. Also craft the max runes of mana as Aqua suggested, they up your mana by 20 each. I've got one waiting now with 100 max mana, another with 70. The only problem on a big one is you can't add much if anything else to them, like odds to win whatever. Oh and I always make sure to use every drop of mana before turning quests in.Guess I'm that "half empty" kind of person who hates to see a full mana quest reward go poof! Hope this helps even a bit.

Cyndi Buis JacobsThanks for your suggestions! I am a daily player but really more of a casual player in that I don't spend a lot of time with runes or trinkets except for the ones I get while playing. I guess I was mostly curious if having a mana meter of 100 was typical, but it sounds like it's really a matter of preference. I usually like to use my trinkets for quest and puzzle items. Thanks again!
