Raymondin this game the helping you can do is when people ask you for energy, and you can ask them for energy packs too (in out of energy or if you click the + top right).
you can help peoples crops on their ranch, something you will have before long if you don't already have it. and people can ask for help getting through a gate or other roadblock from one area into another. one also can ask for event help, a way to slightly advance faster through an events progress points. what you saw in the commons was one of 2 things, during the sloth quest that ended yesterday at noon there a character and a sloth walking around, but most likely you saw a pet or two that escaped from the pet stables. you also can interact with people, but not help, on amicus island. no other help is possible as that would become possible to exploit. |

On Friday there was a glitch with disconnecting from Amicus Isle that caused other players to be visible in normal game areas after you had left. We fixed it before we left for the weekend. Otherwise you can only help your friends on their ranches, or use the friend whacks to help whack bushes, and talk or water balloon fight on Amicus. Erika |
