I don't play BW2, but I'm fairly regular on BW1. I have a statue fragment to give. I usually log on in the morning and evening, so I click to send energy then. I do the helping with quests (the treasure chest or unlock a gate)click once a day. I'll hide as a friend after acceptance sine we'd only be "friends" for the game.
