I think Nate's house is the one with all the raccoons. To get there, you ride the sleigh in the Christmas village.

The houses switch every day. There is one with a security guard, there is also one with a slippery wet floor maze.

Wait so Nate's house isn't supposed to have slippery floors? Because mine has raccoons, slippery floors and a lot of furniture.

Isn't it whichever has the snowglobe? Wasn't that the item we have to nab?

Sleigh goes to one random house a day, you just have to keep going until you get the right house. Can't remember if it will say it's Nate's house when you're there but I'm pretty sure it's the one with a little snowglobe on a table. Which, incidentally was the first house I was in and totally forgot to click on it. +_+

Question: Has anyone gotten a count from the elves to know how many presents you have remaining for the 50 each feat?

on the elf stations, if you are at 100% friend help it still allows you to request help. I consider that spam.
Other similar events have been smart enough to not even have the invite button appear once 100% is reached.

The elves do not count down the number of presents needed. The elves will tell you that they have no more room to stack presents and will have to store them in their workshop when the number of presents stacked is 55. With the first elf, you will receive a large energy pack when you reach 50 presents.

Nate will be asleep in his house. I didn't realize there was a need to take something until just now when the quest appeared.

I was wondering if this happened to anyone else, or if it was just me.

I delivered a present to a house dressed as the Grinch, got the achievement, and Santa awarded a large energy pack, but it did not show up in my inventory. I checked back with the event progress page and that achievement does not show up at all, much less checked off as done.

I also noticed that the snowman that I was awarded after getting the requested help to build it, is the snowman that I had before.. oh well, at least it is still leveled.

it doesn't show up in the event progress page because there are way more then 6 achievements/titles, so when you complete one some other yet to be completed one fills in its placeholder.
my snowman is a separate placable snowman. have not been to the stables yet to see if I can 'convert' it to a pet.

Marci, if you converted the snowman you received last year, you should still have received another placeable snowman for your ranch from completing the snowman this year.

gee I wish the Pole Pieces we have had leftover in our inventory since the Nates Mines adventure could count towards Festevice Poles.

I'd like to know why my second Pet snowman appears in my equipping inventory but not in my house placement inventory like all my other duplicate Pets.

yes, but talk to Sasha's partner and you can convert it to a pet. But unlike all other Pets, this pet can't be placed, it can be equipped. So if you want it to walk in your ranch, DO NOT convert it.

So, I don't understand the Christmas tree--I thought (maybe I remember it wrong) that the first quest was to gather garlands. I haven't been given another quest from it, just the opportunity to use Santa tokens to buy decorations. Is that how it's supposed to be?

Yes, bulbs, ribbons, candy canes, lights, star - there are 10 decorations you have to get to complete the tree.
