Lvl 400 "Public Servant" 793 Posts	Link to post - Posted October 11th 2012 at 8:18 AM Justin Stocks (CNE Dev) Hi folks, I've been following the bug reports of this problem in Facebook's developer area for past week or so. It looks like a number of developers are having this same issue, but Facebook cannot reproduce the issue on their end and is thus closing every single report of it without taking any action. I'm moving this to a high priority item for us. We have some ideas of how we can get around the issue. - Justin

We now handle all of our game requests internally, and use Facebook for notification purposes only, so even if their request box doesn't pop up, your requests will still arrive in your friend's in-game inboxes. - Justin

But me, in 3.5 months of playing for the first time had the max amount of packs waiting and have used the max amount of packs. And they fixed the issue where some bw2 players were not showing up in that filter.

I sent them a message and they said they would get back to me but nothings happened so if this continues I might aswell delete the games as you cannot progress any further when you cannot sent help requests.

Went into one of the other games I play and was able to bring up the screen with friends to invite them to play (which I wasn't able to do before). Not sure yet if I can send requests in EB2 as I've already had my daily spin (but wasn't able to send to others).

You will see that the minute you can send a request. This in no way could possibly have any effect on any other game, including other DJArts games, unless they spent the time to reprogram those too. It's unlikely that the DJArts programmers would do any work for any other game maker, and its unlikely that they would rush and reprogram their other legacy games so fast as many of those are not making money for them.
Lvl 420 "Needs More Energy!" 103 Posts	Link to post - Posted October 13th 2012 at 10:50 AM Jennifer Mitchell I could only send my sacks on EB2 but nothing that I needed to bring a friends list down for I've been playing lately only to help my buddy's because I'm as far as I can go with the game I keep checking to see if they have done any updates but I think it's unlikely now so I might as well just call it a day with that game.The other game I play is not a DJArts game so if the fault is with Facebook I think I've had it now as it's been 10 days and they have done nothing to rectify the fault even though the fault as been reported by a number of people.

I was able to invite people the normal way to play three non-DJArts games. I haven't been able to do that since this whole thing started.

That is not new, just the wording and implementation is a little different. What appears to be new is the specified limit which is different for different kinds of requests.

It's usually 49 for energy packs, and I think 20 for items needed to craft trinkets. Not sure about the other types of requests, but these are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

Lvl 440 "Other Peoples Problem Solver!" 5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted October 14th 2012 at 9:08 AM Last Edited October 14th 2012 at 9:09 AM Raymond Michelle, the reason you are getting requests from people you never heard from before is because the programming change actually corrected the quite buggy 'BW2 Players' filter in the requests. That had been mentioned months ago but it took requests themselves not working before they fixed all the known issues with them. Now it actually works and if you count those in your filter you will see perhaps twice as many people than you used to see.

Since Justin announced his workaround, I've been getting requests from about 5 other people, and I thought he'd like to know it is working.
