Horsedancer1I just emailed Nick because I was having the same issue. Don't know if he is around to answer anything though. I am glad I checked here since I rebooted my computer, cleared out my cache, and still it would not work. Just glad to know it isn't something in my system. Heck of a time for this to happen!! Horsedancer1YIPPEE! Got an email back from Nick and it is fixed. I reloaded the game and it plays now.

SeppieSAlmost all of my crops withered and my game tells me to restart it because something went wrong after I've turned in some of my stuff in the Christmas area then when it comes back I have to redo all the turn-ins. It has done it several times since the fix. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I'm confused about what is going on with my game. This started right after it froze up and the fix. HELP PLEASE NICK!!!

SeppieSI don't know how to send a support ticket. Haven't played my game since it acted up, only been able to log on and collect my daily prize since then. It just says I must retry when I start whacking. I don't know what is going on. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it's still doing it. I've been playing since day one and this is my release from life. My hubby had a stroke on Christmas eve and I'm about to just give up altogether. I mean what's the point right?

kiki_arSeppieS, sorry about your hubby... as you said, this game is a distraction from everydays issues, for some of us. So try, as Horsedancer said, sending a help support mail. In the meantime, maybe you can visit Amicus do those dailies and play in the slot machines.
