Hi Nick,
It's nice that you added the option to sort the seeds in the splicer, but I would also like to be able to sort the seeds while planting, in order of growth time.

Could you go into more detail regarding why you find the Flungeon more boring than completing the same flux field over and over, Durbin?

FYI: Flux Flax planted.harvested with 10 helps = 2 flux dust...I think not and for 72 hrs and all we get is 2..Come on Nick..plzz change it...:(

Nick flungeon is only 4 different puzzles we have to do over and over again which are harder. I'd say flux is better

We waited an awful long time for this? I wish that time was put into content and story line. I think you're great Nick but this is very disappointing.

I wouldn't say it is boring. I mean after all the flux is the same thing over and over again, this offers new dynamics and new puzzles. I just think some of those dynamics like the coloured bushes, as has been discussed, the random nature of the fountain/glitch-keeper/fishing spot, the preponderance for power whacks to carry more weight when taking out special bushes makes the experience feel slower to progress. Slower does give the impression of boring because you feel restrained.

I think Nick you may need to look at keeping at least 1 of the fluxes as a place people can use as they did before, that way those that wish to whack 144 puzzles to get 1 flux dust can do so, and those that wish to run the Flungeons can do that.

i agree! keep the flungeon and flux 1-20 both. let players choose how they want to play the flux and get dust. i felt forced into the flungeon but have played it to third tier and find it as interesting i wish there was a way to get back to the little man and the fishing area at will. there was an area my wife and i had to play together as it required all the logic we had to keep from getting cornered and defeating those armored bushes but it was fun once it was over and then didnt happen again! we barely survived lol im glad theres more flungoen ahead but i'd like the ability to play the flux as we have done in the past too!

just fyi we have finished the third tier my wife and i particularly enjoyed doing the puzzle from level 14 and 20 those are the ones we really enjoyed and would be sad to lose. HKE

It is boring an not well thought out..for me and annoying,, I fall asleep while whacking fields..IMO


PLEASE make the fishing , gate keeper accessable to us to go back when we like too.

ALSO,, the flux flax =74 hrs to crop and we get only 2 dust with helps....and 1 without...that is veryyy skimpy..IT is NOT well balanced..it is scattered , which is annoying.
(the price of mounts etc is outragiously expensive ..)and not worth it to get the dust for it..

Pulll lease,,, balance this stuff out and make it feasible for us to comprehend & enjoy!!!🎮

Hi Nick,

1) Is it possible to replace the 8 times "received 1 topaz" with "received 8 topaz", as is the case with "received 4 rubies" (on vacation island)?
2) Would it be hard to make an "outfit randomizer" that randomizes an outfit either from a player's favorites or from the complete list of outfit pieces (except the sword)?

I like the fluxes 1-20. I play 8 over and over because I find it the prettiest. 144 puzzle does not bother me as I use autosolve.
Flungeon is weird but I do not mind completing 3 tiers once. If I have to keep going into Flungeon instead of being able to choose staying in flux8... sorry, but that´s it for me.
Flungeon is complicated, I did not get half the rules. Items are weird and expensive and I do not like looking at a candy-colored world.
Sorry, I wish I could be kinder, but I thought Flungeon would be like this special area you can go into and play and then leave and go back to the flux of your preference. If I get stuck in a dungeon... I'll probablyl give up on the game altogether, which is something I reeeealy do not wish to do.

HI, I just realized I can get to flux 8. The chest spat out a Flungeon Key. I suppose the idea is to maintain the fluxes and use the flungeon keys as reward so we use them to buy fluxdust seeds? If this is the idea then the seed has to cost 1 key. Not 10. Come on... now fluxdust costs 10 times what it used to cost?
This Flungeon business seems to have been invented by the red man... or Dogbert or something... What´s with the 1000% inflation on fluxdust prices? haha
PLease fix this if possible. Thanks.

Thanks for more feedback on the Flungeon. No hard feelings if you're not enjoying it. I'm still looking to make improvements to it!

I do want to mention that the real feature in the Flungeon is less about "whacking in slightly different fields" and more about the progression achieved throughout the dungeon, achieved by doing the same thing you've been doing in the Flux: completing a field puzzle.

It's about reaching higher tiers and earning that new currency, on top of the Flux Dust you were already making before. It's intended to be: what you were doing in the Flux already, but more! Flux Plus.

Every tier you complete nets you the same Flux Dust you would for completing the same number of puzzles puzzle-pieces, plus more stuff.

If you wanted to do away with the rising costs and just complete puzzles over and over, it's still possible in the Flungeon. Just reboot after the first or second tier. The costs will go down to the same as before, and you'll continue to get that Flux Dust. Every time the cost flattens, you could try delving a few extra depths, inching your way to more progress within the dungeon, while doing the same thing you were already doing in the Flux fields.

Anyways, my intention for the Flungeon update was to supplement the activity you were already doing in the Flux while waiting for content. After you've completed all the adventures and other Flux fields, you could plumb the depths of the Flungeon. Completing puzzles and earning progress and more.

I hope that better explains the purpose of this update. As always, feedback and suggestions are appreciated!

Hi Nick, I have some Easter and 10th Anniversary Questions:

1) What are the start dates for both Events?

2) You previously said that you are downsizing the Easter Event to a mini event this year ... Will we still have the Easter Egg Hunt?

3) You also mentioned that the 10th Anniversary Event will be a full event ... Will there be a Costume Contest this year?

Flungeon related comments & questions:

I'd like to start by thanking you for all the work that you put into creating the Flungeon.

The Flungeon has the potential to be fun, but it needs more variety to keep me coming back. Doing the same series of puzzles over and over becomes redundant.

In addition to what other players before me have said, here are a few other suggestions:
1)Add puzzles with more interesting scenes & colors to make them easier and more fun.
2)Add some diversity in between doing jigsaw puzzles ... ie. alternate a puzzle in one area with something different to do in the next. (I have not yet seen a sliding block or sudoku puzzle like other players say they have). Push-blocks & diggeries would also be fun, as well as having the fishing hole accessible.
3)Give us a choice of paths according to the type of puzzle we prefer (vs type of reward).
4)Give us the option of backtracking to another path if we change our mind.

**I understand the concept of "rebooting" but I personally don't enjoy starting over and having to repeat tiers that I've already done.

***The Spawn Frequency Dial Trinket: I understand it's purpose, but I can't see any significant difference whether I have it equipped or not.

I agree with HKE... you can leave the Flungeon but do not take away the fluxes.
Also, I agree with Flybaby. I do not want to go back to former tiers and the trinket seems redundant.
I understand the idea behind the Flungeon but actually playing it feels just weird. It has weird levels, weird bushes/critters, weird trinket, weird things to buy in the store with weird currency... the sequence is weird... rebooting is weird.
I really want to like it because I can see how much work it must have cost de devs... but this thing is so weird, I just can't bring myself to enjoying it at all.
Unless it was an extra area... that I could see. SOmetimes something happens in the dungeon and then the player has to go into that pit of weirdness to sort it out.
BUt we have to be able to get back to normal bearings after that thing.
I can´t see myself enjoying the game if I can't relax it out on the fluxes1-20 until the next update. The Flungeon is way too upsetting to play all the time.
