Yesterday I only received 16 crates and today, so far, only 1. I always have 20 crates waiting when I first log on and as soon as I accept them, I get more. Frequently, I already have a 2nd 20 before I stop playing for the day. Anybody having this problem?

Once this happened to me and it had something to do with my privacy settings. I went to privacy, apps, edit and then click egg breaker 2. Make sure that the bottom section is set to "friends". If you have it set to "custom" then no one can send you gifts.

I don't know why, but that is how it is. If yours is set at friends then I am not sure what the problem is.

It was weird because my boxes gradually dropped off until I was only getting a few. I changed the setting. It then gradually increased until it was what it was before. Took a few days to completely get back to normal.

Thanks Lynelle. I changed it to Friends. Not sure why it happened because I don't remember changing any settings, but it was set to Custom. Hopefully I'll start getting them now. I was only getting from 3 people, which was very odd. I'll let you know. Thanks again.

Thanks Peter. I actually followed Lynelle's advice and it seems to be working.

Just an update; I got up this morning to find 38 crates. I accepted my 20 and deleted a bunch that I didn't want. I am now up to 22 crates!
