Yes, this is the plan and we will likely use a combination of posting in-game, on the website and in the forums (similar to how we do things in BW2), but at present we are building and patching so constantly that we do not have a running list that I can easily and quickly translate.

Once we settle down into a more regular schedule, it is absolutely on our list of priorities to include. We like having a nice, neat list to refer to ourselves :)
