| Level 10 Chest Won't Open

Rima Ramaso i got to level 10 and tried to open the level 10 chest in my inventory (the one that was a level 5 chest initially?) but when i click it or double click it or just hover the mouse over it, nothing happens. i've tried refreshing but it still won't open. that's all. just puttin that out there!

Rima Ramai made another character and just got it to level 10 and, again, am unable to open the level 10 chest.
