A small select group of players may continue to experience issues if their ISP's DNS does not refresh frequently. If you are amongst this group, you should be able to regain access within the next day or so, as the refresh happens. 6 Posts	Link to post - Posted October 23rd 2014 at 12:15 PM Meinhild Selbach Sandra, I assume it is your DNS on your home computer that is still not renewed. I got mine disabled, but I cannot explain how to do it since my co-worker who is the IT person at work did it for me.
