Both the Friends List and the Private Chat windows are enormous. They also do not have a minimize button. Having either one open blocks most of the play window, making it kind of difficult to do anything with either one open. This isn't really a problem when you are in your town, but it becomes a really big problem if you are in the middle of a mission, considering the time you take to complete the mission affects the end result.

Honestly, the entire UI could use some reorganizing and consolidation. It takes up a significant portion of the play window all by itself.
