i started as a wizard and when i get additional skill points to use, i can only use them on the 3 basic skills that i had from the beginning. if i hover over any other skills, it says i have not learned this skill yet, but has no clue as how to learn the new ones. a little explanation as to how to gain them would be nice. i see in the cool down list that there is a university cool down but again no indication of where it is or if it is a feature planned for later on.
