what I learned so far

Enchant
Drag item into left slot and it was mentioned in comments thread that the right is for luck stones, use either gold or shardium to enchant item, using gold will decrease the success rate but shardium will always be 100%

Craft
its just like every other crafting, 2 lesser to make 1 greater

Gem
to socket a gem into an item, first drag the item to the center, then drag the gem into the open slot
